Haven’t received my order

I’ve had the oil before and really liked it, however I’ve ordered it two weeks ago and haven’t had any updates about the shipping of the package. I’ve customer service but haven’t heard back://

Your parcel has been with UPS in your local area since 21 October.

Haven’t received it

Hi Nikita, I have checked delivery update from our International courier company. Your parcel departed NZ for Netherlands on 8th May. item is currently being held for clearance at your local Customs office, this update dated 14th May. Please check your junk mail or missed call messages as they might have been trying to contact you.
