"I'm originally from Chile but have now been living in beautiful New Zealand for 20 years. After being made redundant from an airline job, I wanted to work in a space that had meaning to me and would help others that I resonate with, at the same time. I had been searching endlessly for a product to tame my daughter's, and my own, frizzy, curly, and dry hair, and was inspired to start distributing the Luxliss Professional range and keratin treatments, after seeing how much life they brought back into our curls. It was finally through a Clarity Coaching Programme with international coach Alison Callan that I created The Keratin Hair Bar. In 2021 I introduced our new vegan-certified brand PIUR Professional.

I love to feel and see hair that is healthy, shiny, and soft. My mother always looks after her hair; I used to go with her to salons all the time. I think that hairstyles define your face and the story you are telling about yourself. I love changing damaged hair into silk strands and seeing those who come to me and use my products, transformed!"
